WordDex Store Purchases and Subscriptions Policy

This policy explains WordDex purchases, subscriptions, optional rewarded ads, virtual currency, and reward delivery.

Store Processing

WordDex purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. WordDex does not receive or store your full payment card information.

RevenueCat may be used to validate purchases, restore purchases, and confirm subscription entitlement status.

Virtual Currency and Items

Gold paper clips, prism shards, power-ups, board packs, inks, titles, cosmetics, and similar items are virtual game content licensed for use inside WordDex.

They have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or refunded outside the app unless required by law or an official WordDex feature says otherwise. Validated purchased consumable currency and item balances do not expire merely because time passed.

Consumable Purchases

Consumable purchases are granted after Apple App Store or Google Play confirms the purchase and RevenueCat/app validation succeeds.

If a purchase succeeds but the reward does not appear, use Restore Purchases where available and contact support@snakeeyesstudios.com with your account email, approximate purchase time, platform, and product name.

Randomized Ink Reveals

Lexicon Scrolls and similar randomized ink reveals show odds before purchase. Odds can depend on eligible inks and owned words, and ineligible inks are excluded from a player-specific roll.

Subscriptions

If WordDex offers an auto-renewing subscription, the store page and in-app purchase screen should show the price, billing period, and included benefits.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that purchased them. Deleting WordDex or deleting a WordDex account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage cancellation through the store account settings.

Subscription benefits may require network access and purchase validation.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made:

• Apple purchases: request through Apple support or Apple purchase history.
• Google Play purchases: request through Google Play support or Google Play order history.

Snake Eyes Studios LLC cannot directly control Apple or Google refund decisions.

Optional Rewarded Ads

Rewarded ads are optional. WordDex should show the reward before you choose to watch. Rewards are granted only after the ad network reports that the reward was earned.

If an ad is unavailable, canceled, fails, times out, or does not report completion, WordDex may grant no reward.

Corrections

WordDex may correct balances, inventory, rewards, purchases, subscriptions, leaderboard scores, or profile data affected by bugs, duplicate grants, fraud, chargebacks, invalid receipts, cheating, or service errors.
